Misumi leader named among best CEOs of small/midsize companies

Misumi President Nobuyuki Ashida was named among Comparably.com’s Best CEOs of 2021. Ashida ranked No. 24 of the top CEOs of small/mid-sized companies.
“I am extremely honored and humbled,” Ashida said. “Our employees are the voice of Misumi, and this award means so much more knowing that the feedback came from our employees.”
Randy Yu, vice president of human resources at Misumi, added, “His dedication to his employees shows, and we couldn’t be more honored to have him as our president.”
Comparably announced its fifth annual Best Places to Work Awards in December with four end-of-year categories. Based on sentiment ratings provided by current employees who anonymously rated their companies in 16 core workplace culture metrics on Comparably.com from Nov. 26, 2020, to Nov. 26, 2021, created a list of Top 100 CEOs of large companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 100 CEOs from small/mid-size companies (500 employees or fewer).
