WomenPower Career Congress opens call for papers

The WomenPower Career Congress will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next year, with the motto "Celebrate Diversity."

Creating places for women in industry to connect is essential to growing diversity and creating a pipeline of talent. Many women in the industry have told Control Design that among the keys to encouraging women in these fields is networking and mentorship. With this in mind, networking and discussion events for women, like Hannover Messe's WomenPower Career Congress, are growing in importance.

The WomenPower Career Congress is a successful networking and discussion event for women, focusing on diversity, career advancement, sustainability and new working environments. The congress is held annually as part of Hannover Messe and primarily aimed at female leadership in the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) sector.

The WomenPower Career Congress will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next year, with the motto "Celebrate Diversity." The anniversary congress will take place on April 21 as part of Hannover Messe. The call for papers for the event is now open. All those interested in playing an active role in the congress are invited to take part in the call for papers, which has a deadline for submissions of December 7, 2022. The lectures and presentations should be assignable to the theme blocks "Entrepreneurship," "Leadership," "Career" and "New Work."

In addition to the program of lectures, presentations, panel discussions and workshops, WomenPower offers companies, associations, networks, organizations and trainers the opportunity to inform attendees in the accompanying exhibition about career prospects, study programs, coaching and mentoring, along with other employment-related topics and trends.
