Each in the series of motorized XZ-axis linear positioning stages features 1-micron repeatability and 10-micron positional accuracy. Both the X-axis (horizontal axis) and the Z-axis (vertical axis) have travel lengths of 15, 30, 50 and 75 mm and even longer to meet application requirements. High-precision 1-mm-per-turn lead screws and crossed roller bearings are used in these black anodized stages. The linear stages are available with either stepper motors with knobs for manual adjustment, which can be replaced with optical encoders for position verification, or with servo motors and encoders for closed-loop operation and higher operating speeds.
