The Nord nsd tupH sealed surface conversion system is designed to prevent damage from cleaning agents and disinfectants. The system permanently penetrates the surface of aluminum housings to create a surface that is designed to be seven times harder than the original with high resistance to corrosion, acids and alkalis that will not flake or blister like paint. The treatment is designed to provide a smooth, easy-to-clean surface and maintain the low weight of the aluminum. Nord’s nsd tupH complies with FDA Title 21 DCFR 175.300 and is designed for hygienic, wash-down environments.
