Teledyne Dalsa’s 16k 1MHz multiarray TDI camera, Linea HS2 camera series is designed for ultra-high-speed imaging in light-starved conditions. Its image quality relies on 16k/5 µm resolution and maximum line rate to 1 Megahertz, or 16 Gigapixels per second data throughput. The Linea HS2 features a backside Illuminated (BSI) multi-array charge-domain CMOS TDI sensor with 16k/5 µm resolution and optimized quantum efficiency. The combination of speed and sensitivity is designed to enable in-line high throughput AOI of GPU and HBM device fabrication. Teledyne DALSA offers 1MHz ultra-high speed TDI at 16k resolution that achieves 16Gpixel/sec data throughput from a single camera. Its 128+128+32 stages multiarray TDI sensor technology is designed to enable flexible selection of high speed, high dynamic range or high full well configuration to meet various application requirements. The combination of Teledyne DALSA Linea HS2 and Xtium2 frame grabbers is designed to provide reliable data transmission over long distance of fiberoptics with complete EMI immunity.
