The drive free standing (DFS) series is configurable for application flexibility. The packages range from 100 to 1,250 hp and can control standard ac induction, high-efficiency permanent magnet (PM) and high-dynamic servo motors. These ultra-compact pre-engineered packaged drives come ready to use and ready to commission with no additional engineering required and are designed to accommodate customer-specific components as well as a suite of standard factory options to support demands across industrial applications. The DFS is simple to configure using the optional door-mounted HMI or no-charge Windows-based Connect PC tool with easy setup wizards. UL Type 12 is standard, with UL Type 1 enclosures also available.
