The ESBF heavy-duty electric cylinder can generate almost 2 tons (17,000 N) of feed force, making it possible to use in place of a hydraulic cylinder. The device is available in 63-, 80- and 100-mm sizes with three ball-screw pitches per size. It is suitable for dynamic, high-feed-force applications such as clamping, pressing, cable tensioning and large-component feeding. The optional food-grade grease allows it to operate above food zones with no concern for contamination.
