TagWell is a configurable, bidirectional platform for remote control and asset management. It uses cloud technologies and low-cost M2M communications and is a low-bandwidth communications technology. It allows users to monitor, control, acquire data and troubleshoot remote systems, machines and other devices. The user interface is customer-specific Web pages that can be viewed on any browser, including PC, tablet or smartphone. The product’s applications provide access to remote data so they can be available for archival and trending analysis, transfer to databases, SCADA and MES/ERP systems.
