ASi-5 cable duct motor modules for the Interroll EC5000 BI include the BWU5178, which is designed to control two 24-V motorized rollers, the BWU5208 (24 V) and the BWU5209 (48 V), which are designed to allow control of up to four motorized rollers each. The ASi-5 cable duct motor modules are designed for the EC5000 with bus interface and are designed to support diagnostics and data for higher system availability and faster error analysis. Current consumption and temperature of the motorized rollers can be read cyclically. For four motors (24 V or 48 V) and eight sensors, one cable duct motor module with one ASi-5 address is needed. The ASi-5 motor modules for the Interroll EC5000 BI include integrated cables for sensors and motors, diagnostics for motor faults and inputs, thanks to various status LEDs, and optional ASi-5 addressing socket for easy addressing.
