Kollmorgen Automation Suite communicates with, and is a gateway to, Ethernet TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT and OPC UA. Its included hardware—AKD servo drive + embedded motion controller (AKD PDMM) or programmable controller multi-axis master (PCMM)—eliminates the need for a PC or PAC. It has a 250-microsecond motion control update rate.
