Omron’s CP1L-E with embedded Ethernet

The compact CP1L-E with embedded Ethernet connects to the Internet, providing remote access, monitoring and data logging.

Omron Automation and Safety developed the CP1L-E to meet the needs of today’s machine builders for remote access and communication over different protocols simultaneously. The compact CP1L-E with embedded Ethernet connects seamlessly to the Internet, providing remote access, monitoring and data logging that can reduce an end-user’s technical support costs and provide faster diagnostic response. Its embedded Ethernet port with socket services (typically available only in larger, modular PLCs) enables OEMs to adopt whatever protocol their application requires, including UDP, TCP, Modbus TCP and the Omron FINS Ethernet protocol for simple connection to other Omron PLCs and HMIs.
