Exact12 ATEX distribution boxes are suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of Zones 2 (gas) and 22 (dust). They have been tested with regard to temperature, impact, heating and tightness. The boxes with four or eight ports (each with two signals) fulfill the requirements of the current ATEX EU Directive 2014/34/EU and are approved according to standards EN 60079-0/-15/-31. These distribution boxes feature a molded homerun cable (made from halogen-free PUR) that is available in a variety of lengths. Designed for straight or 90° M12 cables, the distribution boxes require minimal installation work.
