Puls PISA electronic circuit breakers (ECBs) with four channels are designed to create multiple lower-power circuits from a single power supply. PISA-M units have a width of 22.5 mm. PISA-M models can be integrated into either 12 V or 24 V systems without manual configuration with its automatic-voltage detection feature. PISA-M contains overcurrent and short-circuit protection. In addition, PISA-M protects the connected power supply from overload. The push-in connectors on the front of the module allow for tool-less installation. It has two-color LEDs that show the status of each output channel in real-time and a button on each channel for on/off switching and resetting. Puls provides several variations of the PISA-M. The 4ADJ modules are adjustable, meaning each output channel can be set to the required current value from 1 A to 8 A. If a plug-and-play device with fixed currents is needed, PISA-M versions with fixed-output current settings, including 2 A, 4 A, 6 A, 8 A and NEC Class 2, are available. The PISA-M-4CL2 model provides four protected NEC Class 2 loads from a single power supply and automatically adjusts tripping current based on the system voltage. It delivers 3.75 A at 24 Vdc (90 W maximum) per channel and 4.85 A at 12 Vdc (58 W maximum) per channel.
