The programmable TX700FB series HMI/PLCs offer front-side protection of IP69K and are high pressure up to 80 °C. They also are resistant to acids and chemicals. The devices were developed to comply with hygienic design requirements (DIN EN1672-2, EHEDG/FDA 21 CFR 177.2006) and come with a stainless-steel front. They offer a gateway function for data exchange with PLCs and end devices via multiple protocols, up to eight simultaneously, a display brightness of 800 Cd/m² for direct sunlight and display options in 15- and 7-in variants. Overall system complexity is reduced through the single device functioning as both the HMI interface and logic controller.
