TPC acquires EZ Form Cable

The acquisition adds new capabilities in coaxial cable and RF connectors

TPC Wire & Cable (TPC) announced that it has completed the acquisition of EZ Form Cable, an AS9100D certified provider of coaxial cable based in Hamden, Connecticut. EZ Form is a provider of RF and microwave interconnect products for specialized applications common in defense, space, wireless communications and medical instrumentation. According to TPC, his acquisition strengthens its position as a supplier of wire and cable solutions to specialized, high cost-of-failure environments.
