Haydon Switch & Instrument merges with Kerk Motion Products
Haydon Switch & Instrument merged with Kerk Motion Products to operate under the name HaydonKerk Motion Solutions. Under the terms of the merger, both companies' product portfolios will be retained and incorporated. Haydon manufactures electric motors and stepper-motor-based linear actuators from its ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility in Connecticut. Kerk manufactures leadscrews, linear rails and non-motorized actuators with anti-backlash designs from its New Hampshire factory.
