Ondex Automation acquires NeoMatrix

The two system integrators will expand each other’s businesses, focused on SCADA, MES and digital transformation projects

Ondex Automation has completed the acquisition of system integrator NeoMatrix. This acquisition further expands Ondex Automation’s capabilities into supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), manufacturing execution system (MES) and digital transformation products.

Founded in 2003 with offices in Andover, MA, Portsmouth, NH and Colorado Springs, CO, NeoMatrix helps manufacturers design, implement and sustain plant automation systems, digital transformation strategies and MES solutions. NeoMatrix has cultivated deep customer relationships across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, and food and beverage. As recognition of its expertise in delivering successful industrial automation projects, NeoMatrix was recently awarded a 2024 Ignition Firebrand Award from Inductive Automation.
