DataPARC, provider of industrial data management and analytics software, has entered into a strategic partnership with Hitachi Systems, a system integrator and IT services provider. Under this collaboration, Hitachi Systems will integrate dataPARC’s industrial data platform—featuring its historian and PARCview analytics toolkit—into its suite of digital manufacturing solutions, designed to unlock deeper operational insight and enable smart manufacturing.

As part of its industrial digital transformation (DX) initiatives, Hitachi Systems supports customers in collecting, connecting and utilizing data from across production environments. By incorporating dataPARC’s industrial analytics toolkit, Hitachi Systems will offer manufacturers an open, scalable platform designed to unify diverse data sources from process control systems and historians to quality, maintenance and business data into a single, intuitive environment.

“By combining our digital transformation expertise with dataPARC’s proven industrial data and analytics technology, we can help manufacturers build a stronger data foundation for innovation,” said Masatsugu Hase, director and vice president and executive officer at Hitachi Systems. “This partnership enables our customers to visualize, analyze, and act on their data more effectively, supporting the realization of smart factories and more resilient supply chains.”

Jason Myers, business director at dataPARC, added, “Hitachi Systems is one of Japan’s most trusted technology partners for industrial digitalization. We’re excited to see dataPARC’s tools play a role in their vision for data-driven manufacturing. Together, we’re providing customers with a flexible, modern platform to maximize the value of their process data and accelerate performance improvement.”
