CAN in Automation (CiA) calls for papers
The nonprofit CAN in Automation (CiA) international users’ and manufacturers’ group is organizing the 19th international CAN Conference (iCC). The event will take place March 3-4, 2027 in Tutzing at Lake Starnberg, Germany, near Munich.
The conference covers all topics related to controller area network (CAN), internationally standardized in the ISO 11898 document series. This includes the three protocol generations: CAN CC (classic), CAN FD (flexible data rate), and CAN XL (extended data-field length). CAN-based higher-layer protocols are also on the conference agenda.
This event gives experts the possibility to exchange knowledge and experiences. The iCC program committee, chaired by Holger Zeltwanger, CiA managing director, is calling for papers. The deadline is September 15. The 30-minute presentations will include questions and answers. As usual, a tabletop exhibition will accompany the conference.
