Honeywell is selling multiple businesses. Its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business, comprised of the Intelligrated and Transnorm brands, has been sold to American Industrial Partners (AIP), a private equity firm focused on industrial businesses. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026. Intelligrated and Transnorm are providers of supply-chain and warehouse automation projects, products and services, generating approximately $935 million in revenue in 2025.

The announcement, along with recent news about the sale of the Productivity Solutions and Services business to Brady Corporation, indicates Honeywell’s commitment to focus on core areas of automation expertise in the industrial, buildings and process verticals. For Honeywell Industrial Automation, this means providing sensing, measurement, controls, software and services that enable customers to shift from automation to autonomy.

Brady Corporation bought Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business for $1.4 billion. PSS is a provider of mobility, scanning and data capture technologies for markets like warehousing, logistics, retail and healthcare. The acquisition of PSS is designed to build Brady's capabilities in data capture, mobile computing and workflow automation, increasing its portfolio serving industrial and logistics customers, while creating a more integrated, end-to-end productivity and safety platform.

Like the Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business sale, the transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
