Dr. Maximilian Müller, chief financial officer (CFO), brings expertise in corporate finance, corporate development and digital transformation. He has a track record of executing group-wide strategies and professionalizing financial steering and performance management. In this role, he supports strategic direction, harmonizes global structures, and enables sustainable global growth.

Earl Rogalski, chief commercial officer (CCO), has experience leading multi-regional organizations and shaping competitive positioning. As CCO, he sharpens market focus, advances brand strength, elevates customer experience and expands the company’s presence across priority industries and regions.
