- Titus Crabb, Vertech
- Renato Leal, GreyLogix
- Frank Riordan, DMA
- Wright Sullivan, SkyIO

CSIA’s commitment to a transparent, representative and member-driven governance process means it wants to ensure every eligible SI member has the opportunity to consider service on the board of directors. The association encourages qualified leaders from across its global membership to explore the opportunity to help shape the future of the association and the system integration industry.
Serving on the board is an opportunity to help shape the future of CSIA, advance the system integration profession and provide strategic leadership to an association that supports integrators around the world. The board plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s strategy, ensuring sound governance and helping CSIA continue delivering value to its members and the broader automation ecosystem.
CSIA is seeking accomplished leaders who are passionate about the future of system integration and committed to serving the industry. Ideal candidates are recognized leaders within system integration who bring a strategic, forward-thinking perspective and a demonstrated commitment to collaboration and industry advancement. Candidates should currently hold a senior leadership position, such as CEO, president, COO or another executive role, with a CSIA-certified or integrator member company.
Strong candidates will demonstrate expertise in one or more areas critical to the association’s future success, such as strategic planning, financial management, growth and acquisitions, workforce development, sales and market expansion or technology and innovation leadership. CSIA also values individuals who understand sound governance practices and fiduciary responsibilities, whether through service on corporate, nonprofit, advisory or association boards. Board members must be able to think beyond the interests of their own organizations and focus on what is best for the industry and membership as a whole.
Also important is a record of engagement within the CSIA community and for the system integration community at large. Candidates are sought who have participated in CSIA activities, such as CSIA conferences, committees, special initiatives or certification efforts, as well as those who have contributed to industry overall through standards development, speaking engagements or thought leadership activities. As CSIA continues to grow globally, the association also welcomes nominations that strengthen board diversity across geography, company size, industry expertise and demographic representation.
Individuals interested in being considered must complete the official board of directors nomination form, provide a résumé or CV and answer questions relating to why they wish to serve, the experience they bring and the contributions they hope to make as a board member. The nominating committee will review all completed nomination packets as part of its evaluation process.
Interested individuals should review the Board Member Profile for further details and complete and submit the nomination form and supporting documentation by August 10. Board seats are staggered, so seats open at each successive two-year interval.
