Inside Vention’s Demo Day 2025

Vention rolled out a new line of AI-powered automation technologies and solutions at its virtual event
Nov. 4, 2025

Vention’s Demo Day 2025 introduced a range of advancements to its industrial automation platform that would be highly relevant to controls engineers designing machinery for factories and plants, Machine Design reported.

The centerpiece of the update, Zero Shot Automation, integrates design, simulation and deployment into a unified workflow, which would eliminate much of the trial-and-error common in automation projects.

Engineers can now design machines in Vention’s MachineBuilder environment with AI-assisted part selection and connection suggestions, verify motion and timing in a physics-accurate Simulation Checker, and deploy to production with minimal physical iteration.

From a practical implementation standpoint, Vention also expanded its collaborative and deployment tools. Vention Projects now centralizes design documentation, 3D visualizations and floor plan layouts for cross-team coordination, enhancing clarity from concept to installation.
