Danfoss made a public tender offer for all shares of the Finnish ac drives company Vacon. Hardinge, international provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions, agreed to acquire the assets of the Voumard internal diameter (ID) grinding business from Peter Wolters GmbH in Rendsburg, Germany. Maverick Technologies, acquired CQS Innovation, a system integrator specializing in control and information systems for life sciences, chemical and metals industries.

Danfoss made a public tender offer for all shares of the Finnish ac drives company Vacon.

Hardinge, international provider of advanced metal-cutting solutions, agreed to acquire the assets of the Voumard internal diameter (ID) grinding business from Peter Wolters GmbH in Rendsburg, Germany.

Maverick Technologies, acquired CQS Innovation, a system integrator specializing in control and information systems for life sciences, chemical and metals industries.

Fanuc and Rockwell Automation will collaborate to provide customers a more seamless and integrated manufacturing solution in CNC and Logix programmable automation controller environments with further integration of robotics, Robomachines and enterprise software products.

3D Systems, provider of 3D design-to-manufacturing solutions, 3D printers, and print materials and cloud-sourced custom parts, acquired LayerWise of Leuven, Belgium, a provider of advanced direct metal 3D printing and manufacturing services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
