Several Manufacturing Representatives and Distributors Join Adept Technology's Sales Network

Intelligent robots and autonomous mobile solutions provider, Adept Technology, has added a number of manufacturing representatives and distributors to its sales network in North America.

Distributors Shelley Automation and VINSSA, and representatives Anton and Associates, Phister Equipment Company and Sunstate Sales now join the Adept team

"Adept has significantly expanded its sales channel in North America and we welcome these new manufacturers' reps and distributors to the Adept team," said Merrill Apter, vice president of North America sales for Adept. "Each was selected for their deep understanding of factory automation and robotic technologies and applications, and for their established customer relationships in many of Adept's core markets. We plan to leverage this enhanced sales force to expand our presence in strategic markets for state-of-the-art automation solutions that boost productivity, quality and efficiency on customers' processing lines."

Shelley Automation's distribution will cover all of Canada, while VINSSA will cover all territory in Mexico.

Anton and Associates will represent Adept in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Phister Equipment Company will cover Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky and Sunstate will take over Florida.
