PI North America offers free Profinet training

Machine builders, system integrators, end users and device manufacturers are invited to attend in select cities

Free, in-person, one-day training classes for Profinet are being given across North America throughout the year by PI. They serve to educate and assist in all technical aspects of using the protocol.

Machine builders, system integrators, automation device manufacturers and plant/factory end users are invited to attend. The training class will cover:

  • connecting I/O
  • industrial wireless
  • process instrumentation
  • motion control
  • network topology
  • switches
  • installation/commissioning
  • troubleshooting and maintenance
  • functional safety
  • security.

Register for the Milwaukee training class. It takes place on June 6. Other free training classes will be held:

  • June 25 in Denver
  • September 10 in Toronto
  • September 26 in Boston
  • October 22 in Philadelphia
  • October 10 in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • November 7 in Dallas.
